All of our dishes are made to order. Every day, we prepare our crepes and galettes with fresh products and vary our offerings according to the season and what's available. All of our recipes are made in house with fresh ingredients.
QUALITY FLOURS
Our organic wheat, buckwheat and green lentil flours are delivered to us by a French miller from the Ardennes (Contal Farmer).
They're produced the old-fashioned way, crushed on a stone wheel, and give our galettes and crepes authentic flavors.

At Midi 12, you'll be welcomed with a smile, along with a desire to please you and provide you with a wonderful culinary experience.
Our menu is designed to offer a wide variety of dishes to satisfy your taste buds. Many of our recipes are gluten-free; some are vegetarian. However, if you wish to make modifications to any of our recipes, our team would be happy to adapt them to your tastes and dietary requirements (meatless, no cheese, no eggs, gluten-free, etc.).
